2) WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of placing your order through our secured payment gateway. (an online real-time authorization is done through the Payment Gateway)
3) WHAT CURRENCY WILL MY ORDER BE BILLED IN?
- Your order will be billed in the currency of your debit / credit card. All the prices shown on Fashiana website would be in INR (option in other currency also) depending on the ordering and delivery location.
- For all, international deliveries outside of India, you would view the US$ prices. * International Shopper + International Delivery = USD prices *
4) CAN I CHANGE MY BILLING ADDRESS?
In order for us to successfully process your credit card,you must provide the billing address which is used for your credit card.
5) I received a damaged piece. How can I get it replaced ?
Please get in touch within 2 days after receiving the order. Send a mail at email@example.com describing the scenario. Our team will look into the matter and revert to you within 2 days with a procedure to be followed for any replacement to happen.
